How long is my membership good for?

One year from the date you register. You will be notified 60 days prior to the expiration date so that you have enough time to renew your membership, continue your patronage, receive your new membership card to help revitalize North Carolina. Please post any of your ideas, experiences or concerns you may have throughout the year.

How long after I join do I get my membership card?

You will receive your card 7-10 business days after signing up

What do I do if I lose my card?

Email us at cardservices@northcarolinasavingsclub.com and we will re-issue your card within 7-10 business days. There is a nominal fee of $10.00 for your replacement card.

What businesses are accepting the membership card?

On the home page, you will find a link called Participating Businesses; it will contain a list of Establishments that are providing discounts and/or services that will honor your North Carolina Savings Club Membership Card.

If I email information to you, who will read it and will it be confidential?

Only the North Carolina Savings Club staff member assigned to new accounts will read and respond to your emails. We keep all members personal information confidential.
